Province of Isabela launches modern citizen portal with AI assistant

Province of Isabela unveiled its modernized official website, giving residents a single portal for citizen services, assistance programs, news, and transparency documents.
The upgrade includes a citizen's charter with complete requirements and fees for every service, and will soon feature an AI assistant that can answer questions about business permits, medical assistance, and ayuda programs in Filipino, English, and Ilocano — 24 hours a day.
The portal is part of the province-wide digital governance initiative covering all cities and municipalities of Isabela.
